I am a small business owner, and my location is at my home! Approved by the Nebraska Cottage Food Law, I am able to bake and decorate cookies at my house in Papillion, NE. I also have my Food Safety Certificate, so I am very safe and sanitary when it comes to baking away in my own kitchen.

All of my cookies are homemade by myself, even down to the fun decorations I do when I frost them!

LJB Kookies is my full-time job, and I am fully committed to providing the best customer service and baking the best cookies!

 With that being said, small orders can be placed within a one day's notice. For decorated cookie cakes and orders exceeding four dozen, please provide a two-week notice.

Also! I do offer catering for large parties/events and weddings. So please feel free to submit a request to get more information about doing a tasting and for planning your large order!
